project description

The programme “Strengthening Innovation and Digitalisation in SMEs in BiH,” implemented through the EU4DigitalSME project, aimed to support SMEs in Bosnia and Herzegovina in adopting innovative and digital solutions to enhance their competitiveness in both local and international markets. It focused on increasing sector-specific knowledge, expanding public funding instruments, delivering tailored services, and fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors.

The project strengthened the capacity of business service providers to tailor their offerings to meet SME needs and supported policymakers in creating enabling framework conditions. Additionally, it provided direct assistance to SMEs in developing and implementing innovative and digital solutions.

Luvent contributed to raising awareness of the benefits of innovation and digitalisation for SMEs. This included organising industry dialogue events, specialised webinars, practical training sessions with e-learning components, and promoting best practices. Studies involving SMEs from various industries were also conducted to inform and improve the project’s interventions.
