Mr. Hjorth is an experienced team leader and sector expert in employment promotion, education, employability and VET. He has a well developed ability of creating lasting and strong relations between projects and their beneficiaries. Mr Hjorth has operated in strategic processes for more than 20 years. He has implemented numerous education sector reform and quality improvement projects and further delivered and supervised in-house training in industrial companies and conducted comprehensive TNA for public and private organisations. More than 25 years of experience in screening and assessment of educational needs and development of educational programmes and institutional strategies and implementation.
