Mr Bynens is specialized in the transport sector with most of his projects focusing on the evaluation and assessment of road and bridge infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in all the projects’ phases of the road sector: planning, economical aspects, design, supervision and management.  Mr Bynens has extensive experience in carrying out pre-feasibility studies, evaluations and technical audits of road projects in sub-Saharan Africa for twenty years. He worked as a Team Leader and managed in-depth evaluations of projects funded by the EU, World Bank, ILO, UNDP, UNCDF, MCC and the Belgian Development Cooperation. Mr Bynens is fluent in English and French.
