Ms Adem has been engaged in research, consultancy, and project management since 2014. She has collaborated with government agencies, development partners, research institutions, private sector actors, and civil society organisations on social impact projects across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Throughout her career, she has taken on roles both as a manager and as an expert in various projects.
Ms Adem has worked with esteemed organisations such as the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, the German Institute for Global and Area Studies, and the Population Council. She is part of the Luvent Consulting team since 2022.
Her notable achievements include facilitating the development of a national youth employment strategy, managing the co-design of municipal digital public services, supporting continent-wide development finance impact evaluations, and leading delivery labs. Ms Adem is an alumna of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders and a recipient of the Civil Society Leadership Award.
