Ms Silva is leading entrepreneurship projects at Luvent Consulting. She is an economist with a social vein in urbanism and innovation. A graduate from Technical University Berlin in Urban Management and Universidad Central de Venezuela in Economics. She started her career at CAF, Development Bank of Latin America. She has a large experience working with international cooperation agencies, supporting capacity development projects at UN-Habitat, GIZ and EIT Climate-KIC. More recently, she has been managing and designing accelerator programmes and supporting startups with digital solutions to promote social innovation and job creation. She speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and German.
